Seat Shot

  1. Noun

    Any wager increase made that takes advantage of information gained by being in late position; a bet, raise, or reraise made from an advantageous position.

    EXAMPLE: "I was in late position, and every player before me just checked. I was able to make a successful seat shot and steal the pot."
