Straight Draw

  1. Noun

    When there is at least one card remaining to be dealt or revealed, a hand that contains four cards from among a series of five with consecutive values.


    EXAMPLE: "I was holding a straight draw, but decided to fold."

  2. Noun

    A draw game that does not have a minimum requirement to open.

    EXAMPLE: Player A: "Would you like to play 5-Card Draw, Jacks or Better?" Player B: "I'd rather play some straight draw."
