Stakes Play

  1. Noun

    A game following the table stakes rule; a game in which players may not wager more than they have at the table and may not add chips or money to the table while engaged in a particular hand.

    EXAMPLE: "I briefly tried playing without table stakes, but I was just scared money. I was easily bullied and was really nervous. I quickly returned to stakes play."
