Double Discard

  1. Noun

    A card trick or cheating technique in which a player secretly removed a card or cards from their hand.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The double discard would be performed if a player introduced a card that had previously been held out or if that player had requested more cards than initial discarded in a draw game.

    EXAMPLE: "It is one thing to reintroduce a card that has been held out, but the skilled cheaters can get away clean with the double discard as well."
