Deuce-to-Seven Lowball
Noun
Any variation of poker in which players attempt to make the weakest poker hand possible rather than the strongest, in which Aces are considered high cards, and in which straights and flushes are considered high hands; lowball in which the best possible hand is 2-3-4-5-7 without a flush.
EXAMPLE: "We were playing Deuce-to-Seven lowball, and I was getting nothing but paint. I wish I had that luck when we were playing for high."
