  1. Adjective

    Having no chips remaining at the table; busted out; broke.

    EXAMPLE: "I was down to the felt, but decided to stay around and watch the game from the rail."

    APPLIES TO: Online and Land-based Venues

    USAGE: Describes a player.

  2. Adjective

    All-in; having all of one's chips at stake in a particular hand.

    EXAMPLE: "We were playing heads-up. I went all-in with a pair of Queens and my opponent called. I was a huge favorite, but was pretty nervous. Whenever I'm down to the felt I always think my opponent is going to suck out."
