Doghouse Cut
Noun
Either of two forms of cutting the deck that do not rely on creating two portions of the deck; either splitting the deck into more than two piles and reordering those piles, or taking a section from the middle of the deck and placing it on top.
EXAMPLE: "I don?t think it really matters how I cut the deck, but sometimes I like to use a doghouse cut for the fun of mixing things up a little."
