Board

  1. Noun

    The collection of cards that are visible to all players; the community cards in shared card games such as Texas Hold'em and Omaha, and each players' face-up cards in stud games.

    EXAMPLE: "I had pocket aces and made four of a kind when two aces came up on the board."

    The waiting list for a seat at a particular table.
