    A card that did not have an impact on the outcome of a particular hand or that is expected to have no impact on the outcome of a hand in progress; cards that are irrelevant to the outcome of a hand.

    EXAMPLE: "I had three of a kind queens after the flop, and both the turn and the river were blanks."
