Noun
In high-low split games, a method of indicating the pot or pots in which a player will compete. Rather than verbally stating high, low, or both ways, a player selects and then reveals a chip or combination of chips that have predetermined meanings based on chip color or number of chips; as opposed to verbal declaration.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Example: A common arrangement for the meaning of chips would be zero chips means low, one chip means high, and two chips mean both ways.
EXAMPLE: "Playing with chip declare makes it possible to do simultaneous declaration."
