Chase
Verb
To call a bet with a drawing hand or with a hand that one expects is not currently the best hand, especially in reference to calls that have few outs or have a negative expected value; to call with the hope of getting a lucky draw.
EXAMPLE: "I used to chase a lot more when I'm tired or have been loosing a lot in the session so far, but I've gotten better about playing the odds rather than just gambling. Though, I will still chase a flush when the pot odds are good enough."
