Call Cold
Verb
To make a cold call; to stay in the pot by wagering additional chips or money that match the sum of multiple bets rather than the sum of a single bet.
EXAMPLE: "The first player in the round opened for $10 and the second player raised to $20. I would probably have called the $10 by itself but decided to fold rather than call cold."
APPLIES TO: Online and Land-based Venues
