In a fixed limit game, to increase a wager that was below the limit up to the lower limit.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This arises when a wager is incomplete due to a player going all-in for an amount less than the limit or from a mandatory wager that is below the lower limit or when it is incomplete in the first round of a stud game, when the player has the option to bring-in for half of a complete bet.
EXAMPLE: "I thought I had a good chance at winning, so I completed the bet."
