Proposition Hustler

    A person who frequently proposes side bets, especially when the odds are significantly in the proposer's favor.

    EXAMPLE: "I don't make many side bets, but I get a little laugh when the local proposition hustler suckers people with outrageous bets. I don't understand why anyone would make a bet without knowing the odds first."
