Leg

  1. Noun

    A hand; a single round of game play.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This term is most commonly used when stating requirements that a play must win more than one hand in order for a specified event to occur, such as a kill pot that requires a player to win two consecutive legs or a game variation in which a player must win two legs in order to win the pot.

    EXAMPLE: "We were playing 7-card stud with two legs to win."
