Limit

    A specified amount of money or chips that may be wagered in a particular game or on a particular round of betting.

    EXAMPLE: Player A: "What's the limit?" Player B: "It's fixed limit $10-$20. There is a $10 limit in the earlier rounds and then a $20 limit later in the game."

    Played with a specified set of minimum and maximum wagers.

    EXAMPLE: "I enjoy limit Hold'em more than I enjoy no limit Hold'em."
