Wired

  1. Adjective

    In stud games, that were dealt consecutively and were the first cards dealt to a particular player.

    EXAMPLE: "I had three wired Jacks."

    APPLIES TO: Online and Land-based Venues

    USAGE: Describes multiple cards of the same value.

  2. Adjective

    In community card games with two pocket cards, that constitute a pair; pocket.

    EXAMPLE: "I had wired Jacks."
