Adjective
That has been partially or completely revealed to a player or players.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In many card rooms, if the dealer exposes a card then that card is automatically used as the burn card rather than retained by the player it would have been dealt to. It is also often the case that if a card is temporarily exposed when dealing or when a player folds, the card is announced. This rule prevents some players from gaining the information while others, such as those further away, do not have that advantage.
EXAMPLE: After accidentally flipping over a card, a dealer might say "The 7 of diamonds is an exposed burn."
