Razz

  1. Noun

    A lowball variation of 7-card stud; a 7-card stud game in which the traditional hand rankings are reversed so that the lowest hand wins in a showdown rather than the highest hand winning.

    EXAMPLE: "I really enjoy razz, but it took some getting used to going for a low hand instead of a high hand. It was a much harder adjustment than I had imagined."
