Middle Position

  1. Noun

    The locations in the turn order that are between the late positions and early positions; any of the positions between the first one-third of the table to take action and the final third of the table to take action.

    EXAMPLE: "I had middle position, so I had some information but not enough that I knew I could steal the pot."
