Poker returning to Beau Rivage Resort Casino on 1 October

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Poker returns to Beau Rivage Resort & Casino with the reopening of the resort’s poker room at 10 a.m. on Thursday, 1 October.

“Reopening our poker room allows us to offer guests another great amenity within the resort,” Beau Rivage Senior Poker Manager Henry Garrison said. “The games will be a bit different with health and safety protocols in place for our team members and guests, but the essence of live poker games is such a dynamic element of the casino experience and we are thrilled to bring it back.”

Daily tournaments will be held on nine tables, with a maximum of six players per table. For the health and safety of guests and team members, tables are spaced to allow for social distancing and face masks are required. Tableside food will be unavailable.

The smoke-free poker room will be open from 10 a.m. - 2 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 10 a.m. – 4 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

Health and safety protocols at Beau Rivage are in accordance with MGM Resorts International’s comprehensive Seven-Point Safety Plan. The plan infuses health and safety into the resort experience and includes masks, training and mandatory temperature checks for team members; physical distancing; handwashing stations and enhanced sanitization; HVAC controls and air quality; incident response protocols and digital innovations.
